  • Joan Llaneras Joan Llaneras is a former pro-rider and Olympian who raced for the most important cycling teams such as US-Postal and ONCE, achieving seven world championships and four Olympic medals (2 gold and 2 silver). A native from Porreres (Mallorca), Llaneras offers his unique insight into training and the cycling world, and give the chance to come and enjoy the uniqueness of an island with a large road network and good weather to practice your favorite sport.

    Prepare your goals, learn how to train with powermeter, learn the secrets of strength training, find out your training thresholds or prove yourself in cycling events, all together at the island where the most famous cyclists, such as Wiggins or Cancellara prepare their seasons.
